Organic handmade pasta made only with wholemeal semolina from ancient durum wheat (Triticum turgidum durum) in bronze moulds and slow-dried at below 40 °C.
Spiga Negra Fussili contains a less tenacious gluten that makes this pasta a more easily digestible dish. Its rougher texture is typical of whole grain pasta whose cereal flavour is much more intense. Perfect with vegetables, mushrooms, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, pasta salads, etc.
Origin of the grain: Sierra de Yeguas (Malaga).
