Tagliatelle are mainly used in simple recipes that bring out the flavour of the cereal. As they contain paprika, they are perfect in recipes with seafood or vegetable sauces, as they combine perfectly with the slightly spicy nuance of the pasta – an explosion of flavour!
Origin of the grain: Sierra de Yeguas (Malaga).
Durum (semi)wholewheat semolina (Triticum durum), paprika and hot paprika (Capsicum Annum L) 4%.
