The MORÁ purple carrot jam from Cuevas Bajas is made in a traditional way with an exceptional product. This vegetable is an almost exclusive product of a town of Malaga called Cuevas Bajas. It is a sweeter type of carrot, which when cut in half shows various shades as seen on the label. Its incredible purple-red color makes it a very attractive product in the culinary world.
This jam has a coppery color with purple hints and its flavor is not similar to any other jam.
