La Molienda Verde black olive tapenade is an organic product made from ripe olives. It is a product that is simple to make but quite innovative in our area. Although it resembles the French ‘tapenade’, it takes you to Andalusia due to its ingredients from the south of Spain and its surprisingly powerful flavour.
It can be a great aperitif served with crispy toasts, but can also be used to add to a vinaigrette and dress pasta salads or to accompany grilled fish or meat.
